We enjoy learning about other’s New Year’s resolutions. Some people get creative like starting a meme account on social media. Others get extravagant like remodeling their home. While others keep it simple like taking the stairs instead of the elevator.
A common New Year’s resolution, and our personal favorite, is to start therapy! Our team loves seeing new faces this time of year. Sometimes it’s people who are starting their counseling journey for the very first time. And sometimes it’s people who have benefited from therapy in their past and are back for a fresh start! Either way, it’s people who are prioritizing their mental health in 2022.

02: Accountability | this doesn’t mean you have to find someone with the exact same goal as you but instead find someone to share your journey with – who will check in with you – and you with them.
03: Don’t give up | no matter how many times you get off track, if you always get back on track, you are getting ahead.
